Is West Michigan still a good place to buy… or did I miss it?

This is the "did I miss the window?" question.

Short answer: West Michigan isn't the kind of market that spikes and crashes overnight. It's been steady for a long time.

What's changed is:

• it's not "cheap" anymore
• but it's still relatively stable compared to a lot of the country

So no, you didn't miss it. But the easy wins from 5-10 years ago? Those are gone.

Now it's about buying something that makes sense long-term, not trying to get lucky short-term.
